Health Requirements are as follows:

What is the minimum order?

We can accommodate orders of any size, from pallets to containers. Please contact us for details

What is the shelf life of bottled water?

All of our bottles water products have a minimum shelf life of 24 months with the exception of Ion separated pH with electrolytes added which has a shelf life of 1 year.

Where does the water come from?

We utilize the finest natural and spring water sources. In this way we can guarantee the most competitive price and delivery time while not compromising on quality.

What is the investment?

It depends on order size, complexity, spot color and/or four-color process.
There is a one-time minimal investment to custom design and set-up your label including film, plates and die. Label printing charges are additional to each order.

What is the average order production time?

Allow 21 days from Purchase Order Confirmation to delivery of your first order. Re-order times are then established to meet your inventory system and requirements. Rush orders can be met with an additional charge.

What kind of labels do you use?

Custom labels are made from a permanent adhesive, pressure-sensitive label with a gloss laminate overlay, which is completely submersible with no effect to the label color or message. PMS colors may be used on white or clear stock.

What sizes are the labels?

Labels can be customized to fit within the standard window size of each bottle. Our goal is to present your brand with the best effect within the maximum space available.

Can you do four-color process (photographic) orders?

Yes, high resolution color labels are possible.

 What if I have no graphic capabilities?

No problem! Our graphics department can create beautiful labels that will meet your needs. We can design something that's as simple or as elaborate as you wish.

Who designs the label?

Our graphic designers will design your label in collaboration with you. They take your company logo or idea, and then propose ideas and concepts provide rough artwork and then take your chosen label concept through to finished artwork and printing. We endeavor to strike the balance between art and advertising. Our designers are also available to advise, recommend and offer general feedback on the artwork you need to provide us with.

Are my labels kept in stock or on file?

Yes. Customer labels are kept in stock for re-orders and artwork is kept on file for a period of two years.

What choices of bottles sizes do we have?

Orders can be accommodated in all size bottles. We use various sizes and shaped bottles to suit your needs and will quote each order accordingly. To enquire online, fill out our quote form.

What kind of bottles do we use?

HPN uses high-quality PET (plastic) bottles that are clear in color with a smooth label panel. They do not affect the taste of our pure water. We also have colored bottles.

What type of caps do we use?

All of our bottles come with safety caps with a single safety seal around the base of the cap. Sports sipper caps have a safety seal around the base of the cap and the base of the spout. The sports caps also have a secure fitting dust-cap cover over the spout plus we always use a tamper-evident twist-off cap. Our goal here is your peace of mind regarding quality and product security.

Can re-orders be placed after the initial order?

Re-orders are no problem. There is no additional set-up charge and we guarantee prompt delivery.

Do we have to receive the entire order at once?

No. We can drop ship an order from storage for up to three months by arrangement prior to your purchase order confirmation. Multiple labeled orders for larger corporations can be drop shipped from different locations.

Can HPN arrange for the shipping of my order?

Yes, with pleasure. In addition we always personally oversee your order to ensure you are completely happy with your custom branded water.
